Strategic and Collaborative Management Certificate

Introduction

The Undergraduate Certificate in Strategic and Collaborative Management offered by the Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration (BAPA) degree prepares students to lead and manage effectively within and across organizations in the public and nonprofit sectors.  By exploring the intersection of organizational behavior, strategy, communication, negotiation, and cross-sector collaboration, students gain the skills needed to lead change and manage collaborative processes.  Emphasizing the development of effective communication, the certificate also builds practical abilities in negotiation, conflict resolution, and cultivating productive partnerships across public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

Program Delivery

  • Courses are offered on campus, online, and occasionally in remote and occasionally hybrid formats. Students should be aware that certain classes may only be offered online or on campus and not all classes are offered in both formats.
