Microbial genomics is being used to address many current medical and environmental challenges (e.g., COVID-19 pandemic, bioremediation of contaminated water). In this class, you will learn how to investigate microbial genomes and predict microbial function (e.g., metabolism, motility) through gene/protein analyses.
