Introduction

Students will develop foundational leadership skills for a successful business career, including emotional intelligence, presentation skills, conflict resolution, team collaboration, and business communication. They will also gain experience with professional networking, mentorship, and gain a deeper understanding of gender equity settings, with an emphasis on allyship, sponsorship, and advocacy.
