This course introduces the concept of sustainability, its various definitions, and its current societal influences. Students explore how sustainability affects different disciplines and understand the connections of sustainability within their chosen field. Students achieve a holistic understanding understanding of environmental, social, and economic sustainability through individual research work and interdisciplinary collaboration.
