Students learn the strengths and weaknesses of their management style and how to work effectively with individual differences. Students also learn how to form teams around purpose/task, diagnose problems and identify and implement solutions by utilizing leadership skills such as setting goals, processes and measures, interpersonal communication, motivation and conflict management.
